FOWLER and BURTON uses a Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information.

Are my personal details safe with FOWLER and BURTON?

FOWLER and BURTON practices safe e–commerce. We do not store credit card details and at no time do we share any of our customers information with any other parties. We do retain customer information in the interest of further communication with our customers. If at anytime you would like your information removed from our files please contact us.  

What is the refund/exchange policy?

There is nothing that pleases us more than a happy customer, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 7 days of receipt of purchase. We will need a copy of your receipt to be included in the return. We shall notify you as soon as we receive it and provide you with an exchange. We do not offer refunds so plase choose carefully.

Exchanges are to be returned at the customers own expense and sent to FOWLER and BURTON 5/149 Hastings Parade, North Bondi, NSW 2026 Australia.
We can not accept returns or exchanges on items that were purchased on sale. Please note: A returned item must be unused, with tags and packaging intact or we are unable to accept the item for return or exchange.

There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items.

Does FOWLER and BURTON Deliver Worldwide?

Yes , we will ship all over the world. Shipping costs may vary so please see shipping details for further information on this.

When will my order be sent?

All orders received and paid for  will be dispatched on the next day, this excludes weekends and public holidays.

When will my order arrive?

All orders should arrive between 2-5 days within Australia . Should you require your delivery faster please contact us and a nominal fee will be added.

International orders can take between 3-10 days.

 How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is a flat rate $10.00 per rug throughout Australia and $25 per rug for International. If you wish to order serveral rugs we can negotiate a better rate.

We use Fastway Couriers within Australia and Australia Post for International delivery.

How Can I place an order?

Credit cards/PayPal

Mastercard and Visa are accepted via PayPal. PayPal is a safe and easy way to pay online. You can pay directly from your credit card or bank account. PayPal payments are received instantly, and if order is placed before 2pm, it will be posted the same day.

Bank Deposit

Direct Debit via bank transfer is accepted.  Bank details are available at the checkout. Bank - NAB BSB Number - 085 005 Account Number - 825984067. Funds usually take 2-3 business days to clear. Orders will be posted the same day that payment clears. Please note your payment must be received within 4 business days of placing your order, or your order will be cancelled. To ensure a fast transaction, please use your order number as a reference.

 Is stock always available?

At FOWLER and BURTON we endeavour to keep all items in stock, so we can service your order quickly. If, for any reason, we cannot supply a product immediately, we will contact you by phone or email and advise you of the next availability or alternative. 

 Do you gift wrap?

Should you require your order to be wrapped as a gift please let us know in the comments section of the ordering process and we will wrap free of charge.

What is Polyamide?

Polyamide is the other name for nylon. Polyamides are very resistant to wear and abrasions offer a good resistance. They are blended with wool to give the rugs a better elasticity and help it retain it's shape.

Can I Machine Wash the rugs?

We strongly recommend you do NOT machine wash the FOWLER and BURTON rugs and follow the care instructions precisely.
